PostInBox.org provides a temporary email service designed strictly for educational and testing purposes only. By using our Service, you agree to the following:

• Receive-Only: Our Service allows you to RECEIVE emails only. It is technically impossible to send emails from our domains. Any attempt to exploit the system to send emails is a violation of these terms.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to use our domains or service for:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or warez.
  • Spamming, phishing, or engaging in fraud.
  • Illegal activities as defined by international law.

We reserve the right to block any user or IP address found violating these rules without notice.

3. Privacy & Data Collection

We are committed to absolute privacy. Our data collection policy is as follows:

• Free Users: We do not collect ANY personal information. No names, no IP logs, no physical addresses. No account creation is required.
• Premium Members: We do not store personal billing information on our servers. The only data retained is the contact email address provided strictly for technical support and communication purposes.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Users may choose to purchase a Premium Package to access exclusive features, such as private domains ("Members Only"). By purchasing a Premium Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided to premium resources, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or pro-rated cancellations under any circumstances.
• Service Scope: Premium status grants access to specific domain pools. It does not grant immunity from our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 1).

5. Age Restriction

Our Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from, or direct our services to, children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PostInBox.org, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
